For years, I lived in the exact cycle so many women find themselves in - doing all the “right” things, yet feeling exhausted, inconsistent, and disconnected from my body.

My turning point came through a series of life shifts - moving countries, navigating uncertainty, and going through one of my lowest moments - which forced me to stop trying to fix everything from the outside and finally understand what my body actually needed.

But this isn’t just personal.

Since 2012, I’ve worked in the health and transformation space, helping 1000+ women improve their weight, energy, and habits.

With a Master’s degree in Physiology and a background in psychology and genetics, I deeply understand how the body works - yet my real breakthrough came from combining that science with holistic, real-life application through movement, nutrition, and emotional healing techniques.

That’s why I’m able to guide you differently – not with rigid rules or quick fixes, but with a holistic method that actually works in real life.
